Despite being in prison, it looks like Ja Rule has gone all our to celebrate his leap year birthday today.

According to sources at TMZ, the birthday boy who is currently serving a two-year prison sentence for gun possession, will be tucking into a special birthday menu throughout the day.

Ja started his day with a delicious bowl of corn flakes, then he will munch on a selection of Jamaican patties throughout the day and then the rapper will be served with a bowl of Turkey Stew for dinner.

The 36-year-old appears to be 'Livin' It Up' in prison.

Ja also released his seventh studio album today named Pain Is Love 2.

Looks someone's been a busy boy in jail.
